NEW DELHI: Australian cricketer Steven Smith on Sunday received tough welcome from the fanatics all the way through their group's ICC World Cup 2019 clash towards India on the Kennington Oval in London.

Smith, who was once fielding at third man all the way through India innings, was once jeered through fanatics who have been heard chanting 'cheater..cheater' from the stands.

However, it didn't go down smartly with India captain Virat Kohli.
